This SLG course is located in the Chihuahua desert in the Lobo Valley of Culberson County, Texas, a couple of miles from the ghost town of Lobo. The closest town with service is Van Horn.
The ground is mostly sand, dirt and rocks, with some mesquite and creosote bushes. Very little grass except during rainy times, especially close to the railroad tracks.
There is no available water at this course so players are reminded to bring water with them.
There is no greens fee (and players play at their own risk), however, players are encouraged to bring a few bottles of water with them to leave on the site for any migrants passing through the area in need.
